Mirth Arts Foundation is a Los Angeles nonprofit supporting emerging and diverse artistic voices through resources, financial support, and community-driven opportunities. We believe art gets more powerful when it's hand-made, earnest, playful, and human-centered.

We're here to foster creativity, bring audiences together, and make space for art that doesn't always fit neatly into existing venues or systems.

This pop-up is our first program. It's also the first step toward something larger: a permanent home for immersive performance in Los Angeles.

In June 2026, during the Hollywood Fringe, Mirth Arts Foundation will open a dynamic pop-up immersive theatre venue. Multiple shows, multiple artists, one cohesive world: where every corner of the space is part of the experience, and the show begins the moment you walk in.

We have gathered the artists who shape this world right now.

Full Production Runs

Complete works presented across multiple performances throughout the month. Whether a fully-staged musical, an intimate one-person show, or anything in between. We want something that can sustain itself over the course of the festival.

Special Events

One-night theatrical experiences with real intention behind the singularity. Work that's meant to happen once, and be felt for a long time after.

Cabaret & Variety

Multi-act evenings that build a room. Burlesque, comedy, themed revues: anything that puts multiple voices in conversation with each other in a single night.

Immersive & Alternative

Work that makes the rulebook nervous. Interactive installations, workshops, games, line-blurring, mind-bending formats.
